Description of Crime: 
When I entered the Temple of Choosing, I was informed by Joulakil that
PinkyHaggler was being disruptive. He kept repeating the same request over 
and over again, pausing briefly before making unrelated comments, some of 
which were needlessly repetitive, before returning to his original request.
I warned him that this was noise pollution and that it is against the law.

Afterwards, he seemed to change his tactic and began making the same 
request, but in a slower manner, which further annoyed everyone present. 
I told PinkyHaggler that he needed to stop.

He also stated the heretical phrases (("spam tastic" and "I tried to spam fairly")), 
which, to me, proves that he knew exactly what he was doing and was deliberately 
trying to push everyone's limits. 

He repeated his signature request yet again, despite me having told him at 
least three times to stop, so I banished him.

Witnesses: Many, Including: Joulakil, Solei, DarkArcher, Kyrima.
