I should have pre-ordered the unbanishment pending my report but, things 
happen and it was very late when I was called to help.

One thing that is extremely disappointing is the lack of empathy and 
sympathy for the aislings with the problem. There were two aislings waiting 
with no sign of how long they would have to wait for. Nobody is saying 
anyone did anything wrong or that anyone is a terrible criminal. There are 
just poor tools to deal with poor situations. Either its a punch to the 
face, or a pacifist approach. Use things that are not meant to solve 
problems or call someone on ((discord)).

I'm throwing the warrant up to unbanish them at will if anyone is around, 
and catches LunarWitch next time she is around.

Description of Crime:

I was called to deal with the report of an aisling making it impossible to 
do a quest by standing in an area where the visibility of aislings is 
required to be only the aisling attempting the quest. This quest is called 
"Recovered the Arcane Gauntlet".

((Being on the same screen fails the quest for 24 hours))

The law is not well-defined for this particular issue. I am using right of 
judge to declare this extra scenario as a crime.
