One moon as passed and Guard Foose (1) has not responded to my requests to 
review Watt's exam.  Guard Foose shall recieve probation and a major demerit 
for dereliction of duty as per As per Officer Act: Misconduct and Disciplne  
Section A. Misconduct Article 1. Dereliction of duty

As I stated above Guard (1) Foose had claimed to give Guard Watts an exam.  
First term guards cannot issue a giard exam.  I will also be issuing a 
second major demerit per Officer Act: Misconduct and Disciplne  Section A. 
Misconduct Article 2 Procedural Violations.  I would also recommend a review 
be opened into potential abuse of power and or worse as the aislings family 
in question have gone missing and are not responding to letters ((or 
discord)).

the guard exam for this aisling.  If you could please produse the exam 
either by mail ((or discord or email: rangerviveena@gmail.com)) or any other 
means of ease to you for review of said guards actions within one moon.
