At this point, no post has been made to the political discourse board, as 
well as proof of valid exam results. logic has taken office previously as 
this would be their 4th term should their legend be examined. This leaves me 
to the logical conclusion that they have taken office, without any concern 
for the actual rules and neglecting all responsibility.

Speaking with GustBUNNY they are very unwilling or unfriendly when it came 
to commenting on logic just passing them sponsorship. They don't seem 
concerned with any of this which doesn't sit well with me either.

Yukii sponsored logic, which is okay, except that in all of this taking 
place within a few minutes of each other, if logic's only purpose was to 
simply take office illegally and sponsor someone without valid testing, 
which is also illegal, then they could have just asked Yukii to sponsor 
GustBUNNY directly instead of being stupid.

I'm going to order two probations, a whole bunch of major demerits and a 3 
deoch barment for logic. What would be worse is if we order a removal and 
then they fail to be removed from office which automatically orders another 
probation. I'm expecting that will happen here based on my otherwordly 
information.

I am opening an investigation on logic. They have approximately 3 suns to 
provide a post on the political discourse board. As there is no proof of 
testing and there is also no proper wording in the law for the amount of 
time one must wait for proof of testing. I will give them the historically 
normal amount of time to wait for a response; One moon. (( 3.5days ))

I will decide punishments after time has passed and conclusions are made. 
For now, I expect proof of exam results. I will also call on another Judge, 
potentially bluenokkad/Reias for assistance in ordering any warrants later.

Below are the reasons for the investigation:
*1. Taking office without a test present on a board or proof of test results 
handy.
*2. Failure to post their term to the political discourse board 
    (( about 8 hours left ))
 3. Sponsoring GustBUNNY without proof of testing (acting in an official 
capacity without a lawful test).
 4. Failure to be a mentor/vet respected citizens (as they are in 
contradiction to even possibly be able to do this themselves "remind them of 
any required exams").
 4. Failure to remain up to date on laws (3rd/4th term demagogue has no 
excuse to fail to provide basic information and perform basic duties)
 5. Failure to remain impartial and conduct oneself professionally (Taking 
office simply to sponsor someone, rudely addressing others until they got 
what they needed)
