''[[claw:| <<< Classical Mileth Law ]]'' \\ ===== Harassment, Slander, Intimidation Law II ===== In cases of sexual or extreme harassment: If any Aisling forces unwanted actions upon on another Aisling or speaking to another Aisling in unwanted sexual terms it is grounds for immediate banishment. If any Aisling uses extreme profanity ((i.e. different characters and spellings must be used to say the term, or if it is typed in a language other than English and is sexual. Use of another language that is not profanity, that is used to convey heretical information, will fall under heresy.)) it is grounds for immediate banishment.    ((The use of any other language is not illegal but reguardless of what language is spoke, the laws will be enforced.    It is not against Mileth law to speak L33t speach, Spanish or any other language so long as they follow these same terms and conditions.)) Any ((OOC)) threat that is demon influenced or a threat to murder another Aisling with evidence. ((I.e. screen shots, or witnesses)) is grounds for immediate banishment. As other instances may occur in the future, if something is not specifically listed here it is to be determined by a guard captain or Judge if something is or is not harassment. One specific exclusion: Killing a vulnerable aisling, even multiple times is not considered harassment.    In choosing to summon they chose to become vulnerable and should have taken care of any potential losses before they did the deed.    If an aisling does not wish to be killed they have the option of finding a remote area in Temuair to await becoming unvulnerable. Also: An ascending aisling that has become vulnerable can be granted immunity by contacting a guard to witness and protect them during the time of their ascension.    This immunity must be stated aloud by the protecting guard in advance of the aisling becoming vulnerable.    The vulnerable aisling should take steps to not appear vulnerable ((i.e. wear some form of head covering to negate the death mask)). A guard must be in attendance for the complete process for immunity to be extended.    Failure of other Aislings to respect the given immunity will be considered harrassment of the vulnerable aisling and result in banishment.
