Liberty Act 

This act is an extension to the Mileth Town Charter. 

Although a Burgess has the power to remove/enact/revise laws alone under the Mileth Charter and Mileth Charter Amendment I under this act it shall be required for a Burgess to give a one moon ((3.5 days)) notification to the Demagoguery prior to taking any action. 

Example: Burgess Scelestus wishes to remove a littering law per right of Burgess. Burgess Scelestus is required to inform the Demagoguery like any other proposal.

This notification should be by pigeon mail to the entire Demagoguery listed on the most current office holders list. During the moon period the Demagoguery may vote to overrule the Burgess's proposed actions as per the charter and its amendment. If the vote is achieved within the moon period, then the Burgess may not go through with his/her proposed actions.
