One moon as passed and Guard Foose (1) has not responded to my requests to 
review Watt's exam.  Guard Foose shall recieve probation and a major demerit 
for dereliction of duty as per As per Officer Act: Misconduct and Disciplne  
Section A. Misconduct Article 1. Dereliction of duty

As I stated above Guard (1) Foose had claimed to give Guard Watts an exam.  
First term guards cannot issue a giard exam.  I will also be issuing a 
second major demerit per Officer Act: Misconduct and Disciplne  Section A. 
Misconduct Article 2 Procedural Violations.  I would also recommend a review 
be opened into potential abuse of power and or worse as the aislings family 
in question have gone missing and are not responding to letters ((or 
discord))
