AISLING: Demagogue KuniTheElite
MISCONDUCT: Dereliction of Duty

KuniTheElite took office as first-term Demagogue without testing two Moons 
before the writing of this investigation ((first noticed on 11/01/23 at 
10:50 AM)). 

The Aisling was quickly contacted by Judge Yukii, who officially urged them 
to announce their taking office on the Discourse board and take their 
entrance exam per the Officer Act ((11/02/23 at roughly 7:45 AM CST)). While 
KuniTheElite did eventually post to the Discourse Board ((11/05/23 - the 
date in their post is INCORRECT as preceeding posts are dated later and this 
isn't even the date they took office)), Judge Yukii's guidance of taking an 
entrance exam was assumed to be ignored until I issued another official 
statement some days later ((11/08/23 at 6:00 AM CST)).

Per Demagogue Chamiel, KuniTheElite reached out the same evening for 
testing, but failed the exam.

Lots of dates here, but in summation: this is a clear case of Dereliction of 
Duty. I am issuing KuniTheElite one major demerit for failing to post on the 
Discourse board in a timely manner, and another major demerit for failing 
their exam after taking office.

Per the sixth section of the Officer Act, this results in two probations, 
and thus, removal from office. Order writeup soon to follow.
