''[[laws:| <<< Mileth Law ]]'' \\ ===== Political Power Act V ===== IV. Reviews C. Conclusion i. Reports All reviews must be posted to the Mileth Justice Cases board. This post must include basic information such as when, what actions are to be ordered and why. A review may require passage of time and when necessary, a post indicating the status of the review (OPEN/CLOSE/etc) is required. If wrongdoing is found, the official reviewing must open an investigation and seek assistant(s) for substitution or an official to take lead when required. If this review is the result of a request for review, the result should be forwarded to the aisling(s) who requested it. Proof should be kept showing the successful forwarding of posts. ii. Punishments All reviews may conclude without actions in the cases of no wrongdoing. Should actions be ordered, the official must be able to order such actions. In the case of misconduct, an investigation is required and should follow the guidelines from that point onward. iii. Reviews If a review is thought to be invalid or illegal, the aislings involved may request a second review. If a review has actions which cannot be ordered by the official, a review must take place by an official who can within one moon. In cases where review is impossible due to availability, the evidence and case must be preserved until it can be properly reviewed along with a post indicating request for review posted in the same location as the report.
