===== Xeros - 214.04.12 - NOTE: Mileth Fair Situation =====

<file>
To whom it may concern,

We opened the Mileth Fair yesterday with the reason of showcasing/testing
the functionality that is currently available to the aislings who run
DopeMart.

I granted Fair Marshal to Zeix and Yukii to issue seals which led to the
opening of the Fair outside of normal usage. This was a hasty action that
was at the suggestion/execution of Yukii.

There was no reason to open the fair to show the people in question how this
works as we have a list of people who could have told any of us what was available.

I have already apologized for failure on my part and knew better to begin with.
I warned everyone that doing this would attract disapproval nearly instantly.
Yukii has already sent some mail to GM And and GM Error about what the intent was.
I'm just clarifying story here so that there is record that something was done.

This is not an invitation to create more drama and ranting over it, just to clarify
that the motive was not to abuse anything or create trouble.
It was an effort to brainstorm for a new destination that DopeMart can utilize that
comes with some sort of town level area that allows them more control over possible theft.
Poorly executed, and poorly thought out.

Xeros Lite,
Burgess of Mileth
