===== Zeol - 214.10.05 - Right of Judge: Judge/Bar Exam vs. Lesser Office Exams =====

I want to make a clarification on my previous declaration. Judge and Burgess 
exams AKA the "bar exam", are equivalent by the wording of current law. 
In addition, this exam makes an individual eligible to administer 
Judge/Burgess/Demagogue/Guard Captain/Guard exams in general.

The law is unclear on not just taking office as demagogue with a "bar exam" 
but, also equivalently unclear on Guard Captain AND Guard as well.

So, While I did not mention this in my first declaration, I thought it would 
create more abstract thinking and further investigate how bad the wording is. 
But, it seems more prudent to make an example of the whole section.
