Physical barments may be forgiven by Burgess after the term of barment has expired. No order is needed from a judicial officer. C. If an Aisling is deemed guilty of multiple crimes concurrently the total punishment depends on the crimes committed and which has the highest initial punishment. The crime that carries the highest initial punishment is the starting point. For every additional crime the punishment is increased by one level as follows: Cases of currently exiled Aislings who commit any additional crimes shall still follow the above procedures. Crimes are to be reevaluated using the above and the length of exile may be adjusted accordingly. * - The Mundane Mandate forbids the exiling of Aislings for terms exceeding two Deochs for a single offense; however, in instances of multiple crimes where the highest initial punishment is 2 Deochs are committed, exile terms beyond two Deochs are permitted. Otherwise, the punishment shall not exceed 2 Deochs. ** In the event that a crime is 'Based on Severity' for initial punishment the investigating official will determine the punishment that will be administered. The punishment for a single charge may not exceed a 6 Moon exile. A Guard Captain can order a 3, 6 or 9 moon exile. Alternatively, a Judge can order the full Exile term outright, on a case by case basis. Should an aisling, who is currently exiled from Mileth territory, commit a crime where Mileth would have the jurisdiction to charge them with a crime; their exile will be extended up by one level on the levels of punishment. *NOTES* In instances where a malicious act is not defined by Mileth law, a Judge will determine its definition and a fair punishment.
