This is an order to exile CrackPipe for 120 suns ((15 days)) for profanity, second offense.

I am holding off on adding an Illegal Reentry charge at this time. It was suggested to me that if both Mileth and Rucesion banished the same aisling at approximately the same time, that may be how she was able to return. I asked if Rucesion had also banished CrackPipe, and they confirmed that they had. 

I am going to wait until a Knight or Ranger can confirm if that could explain what happened. If they state that it cannot, I will add the Illegal Reentry charge at that time and extend the exile term.

Shortly, ((about 5 mins)), after banishing CrackPipe, CrackPipe came back in to Mileth Village Way holding a sign, ((Group Invite Box)), containing profanity, ((filterskipping)). I banished them at once... again.
((Either the 1st banishment I executed somehow failed, even though there was orange text stating I had banished the player, or this player hacked/exploited their way back into Mileth after the banishment.))
