magdis's term in office is nearing expiration or has already expired. magdis 
responded to my correspondence by sitting for bluenokkad's examination. 
magdis failed the examination and was promptly issued a major demerit 
pursuant to Section 2.b of the Officer Act: Exams III.

No reports have been received indicating that magdis was observed in uniform 
or otherwise attempting to exercise any official authority or perform any 
official duties. Accordingly, under the law as it is currently written, 
which is disputed by all members of Haus Markov, magdis is permitted to 
conclude his term as Guard (1) without further penalties.

magdis is not eligible to assume the office of Guard (2) without first 
passing the required examination. In the event that magdis assumes office 
without having passed an examination, magdis shall be removed from office 
immediately.

Magdis has assumed office as a first term guard. There are no records of 
this Aisling passing a test. I sent a letter to Magdis stating that they 
have one moon to respond and take the test or face removal from office.
