After reviewing this case, I concur with Xeros that a 3 deoch barment is 
warranted in this situation. The behavior displayed by this Aisling is 
unacceptable.

I'm requesting a Judge order a 3 deoch barment as a punishment. A Burgess 
cannot order this punishment by law as it is worded. You may open a review 
and request evidence that I do have to support this. However, most of this 
is assuming intent, interpretation and inaction.

I personally request bluenokkad to review this however, I noticed at least 
another Judge or two are around.

It deserves re-iterating, this is not behavior that will be tolerated. 
Simply taking office to sponsor someone illegally and then sleeping out a 
term instead of checking in is not going to go well. Nothing will change if 
they decide to return the lands now. We could have had a proposal opened in 
this period and they would have missed it at this time. Every moon that 
passes where they are not checking to see if they're fulfilling their duty 
as a legislative official makes this worse. They clearly have been sent mail 
by myself of the investigation opened and have not bothered to reach out if 
they have been in the lands, but my otherworldly information suggests they 
have not.

Probation: 1,2
Major Demerit: 1,2,3,4,5

 1. Taking office without a test present on a board or proof of test results 
handy (or taking a test within the time required).
 2. Failure to post their term to the political discourse board 
    (( about 8 hours left ))
 3. Sponsoring GustBUNNY without proof of testing (acting in an official 
capacity without a lawful test).
 4. Failure to be a mentor/vet respected citizens (as they are in 
contradiction to even possibly be able to do this themselves "remind them of 
any required exams").
 4. Failure to remain up to date on laws (3rd/4th term demagogue has no 
excuse to fail to provide basic information and perform basic duties)
 5. Failure to remain impartial and conduct oneself professionally (Taking 
office simply to sponsor someone, rudely addressing others until they got 
what they needed)
