Zelthoran responded to my letter on time. Zelthoran expressed interest in taking the exam, however, it took a little time before both Zelthoran and I were available simultaneously. On 219.12.17, Zelthoran passed my exam with a score of 97%.

Before Zelthoran passed my exam, he did violate Section G.1 of the Officer Act: Exams III. I will be issuing a minor demerit for this violation.

Zelthoran is deemed legally in office.

Zelthoran has assumed office as a first term guard. There are no records of this Aisling passing a test. I sent a letter to Zelthoran stating that they have one moon to respond and take the test or face removal from office.
