Crime: Sleephunting

Description: I received reports of a Mileth citizen, Onfire, possibly 
sleephunting in Piet Village. Upon investigating I found Onfire casting mor 
crahd while in a trance. She did not answer to repeated questioning, both 
outloud and in whispers. She has been banished per Mileth Law for 
sleephunting.
