This investigation will close at some point in the next moon. However, I want to make it clear, there was nobody coercing ZerioAgain to act in any of the ways he has acted. Complaining about it to other people, or about how I went about this investigation, does not change his own behavior. Might look better to just accept it.

Snipar asked me to look into this, and I asked him to reach out to ZerioAgain and confirm he would continue to refuse to help/communicate to Guard Snipar. Snipar showed me the clear intent to not care about helping him and also double down on it being insubordination which does not exist in Mileth Law. 

When I spoke with Snipar, it was very clear to me that he did not have enough experience and knowledge with Mileth Law to tell ZerioAgain was lying about insubordination, being that it is not real in Mileth Law. The fact pattern here is that he aleady lied about the demerits, what reason is there to believe other lies weren't happening.

I told Snipar, I would open this investigation if he agreed to allow me to confirm if ZerioAgain did not have evidence first, I didn't believe he would have evidence and it turned out to be correct.

It has come to my attention that Guard Captain ZerioAgain has falsely claimed to have proof of misconduct by Guard Snipar. I was misinformed about what side this was falling on. I wanted to assume there were good intentions here somewhere.

At this time, I have enough evidence of the situation to already issue pretty hefty consequences for this. None of which are a slap on the wrist.

I will be deciding how to proceed shortly.

It has come to my attention via Judge Reias that Guard Captain ZerioAgain has proof of misconduct by Guard Snipar. As a Judge, I would like to make sure Guard Snipar receives the appropriate discipline for any errors made by himself. Since Guard Snipar has renewed his term, there is no better time than the present to make sure he is disciplined.
