the Mileth Criminal Code prohibition on offensive names. This name is deemed 
disruptive to the public order and contrary to community standards. The 
subject was banished from Mileth jurisdiction. 

((Additionally, the subject rapidly alternated between multiple long 
sentences in public chat at a speed and variation inconsistent with human 
typing. The rate of change and variety of messages suggested automated input 
or scripted spam, rather than manual use of paste commands [which would 
typically repeat a single standard message]. This behavior caused 
substantial disruption to communication in the area.))
