I. Begging

Begging is outlawed in the town of Mileth. Requests for an item, gold, or any request that is stated more than twice in the same area ((within 1 minute)) will be considered Begging. This will include requests for political support, except that those may be addressed by name to different individuals as separate requests. Begging will be treated as an infraction and the punishment for this will fall under Punishment Law.
II. Campaigning
Randomly whispering to Aislings about voting, with intent to solicit votes, is forbidden.    With the complaints of 2 or more Aislings with evidence provided ((i.e. screenshots)) the Aisling will be charged with a misdemeanor and punished as Punishment Law dictates.
When campaigning (seeking votes), the Mileth Citizen who is running for an elected office will address prospective voters individually by name and state the political position for which they run as part of their speech.    If they are questioned as to what they hope to accomplish or why they seek office, they should be prepared to answer such appropriately.    Failure to comply with any portion of this will be treated as an infraction and punished as Punishment Law dictates.

III. Bribery
Bribery of any form is illegal.    It includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1) Offering goods, money and/or services to another Aisling for political support.
2) Agreeing to exchange votes (Example: "Vote for me and then I will vote for you.")
3) Paying gold, items, or political support to an official to prevent punishment or for forgiving existing punishment.

Attempted bribery, bribery, and accepting a bribe are felonies.    Punishment will be defined by Punishment Law. 
Any official who accepts a bribe must be removed from office, and then be punished in in accordance with Punishment Law.
