Reias has failed to correctly execute the sleephunting procedure as defined 
in the "Judicial Act: Sleephunting Procedures & Evidence" law.

Reias failed to don the required Mileth uniform before beginning 
the procedure, failed to use the suspect's name when questioning the suspect, 
((and failed to keep the chat pane open during part of the questioning)).

Failing to don the uniform as a high ranking official is a significant error, 
therefore, a Major Demerit will be applied. As required by law, this 
demerit will expire at the end of Reias's third term as Judge.

After careful examination of all evidence, facts, and statements presented 
to Basilica and myself, we have concluded that the original charge of High 
Sleephunting, and the original punishment of a 40 day Exile, shall be 
upheld.

Upon examination of the evidence, it is clear that multiple errors were made 
in the sleephunting procedure, however, despite this, we have determined 
that intent and guilt are still proven.

After reviewing the extent of the errors made, we have concluded that Reias 
shall receive a Major Demerit for Procedural Violation.

Lirilim informed me by letter that he believes his banishment by Judge Reias 
for sleephunting is unjustified. Therefore, as per the Judicial Act, Section 
IV: Reviews, I am opening a review of his High Sleephunting case.

I will have Judge Basilica assist me with the review, as required by law 
when reviewing another judge's case.

Lirilim's argument is that Reias was not in uniform and therefore was not 
aware that Reias was a Mileth official.

Description of Crime:
I was hunting succubus hairs this morning when I found Lirilim walking 
around and attacking monsters and also dragging a lot of items behind them. 
Lirilim failed to respond to me even after many attempts to get their 
attention.

After a few minutes of try to chase him down and get him to respond, he did 
not. ((Part way through I remembered I had forgotten to put on my Judge 
Robes, my apologies.))

I will contact another judge for review and exile order.
