Description of Crime:

A few days ago, a murder was brought to Guard ZerioAgain's attention. After 
thoroughly investigating the claim, RomanVolkoff confessed to leading 
Ezebaal to the Mileth Crypt 6-2 and leading to her death. RomanVolkoff 
convinced her to follow him ungrouped, then had her lure enemies under the 
false guise that she would be safe. Once she started fighting, he left her 
for dead and watched as she fell. All of this is corroborated with the 
evidence submitted which also includes his admission to the crime as well as 
how it was carried out. As per the Trial Accords, we have, with a majority 
vote, chosen to deny a trial to RomanVolkoff.
