I was able to review the legilimency regarding this Aisling. While the 
Aisling is a citizen of Tagor, there were no Rangers in the lands. The 
procedure was followed as outlined by the law governing Forbidden Magic. 
Therefore I have determined there is enough evidence to warrant a 2 Deoch 
exile on Kohlberg.

Crime: Forbidden Magic ((Botting Insects))
Description: This Aisling was asleep while hunting bugs in the Mileth Insect 
Hunting Grounds. They are of Tagor citizenship and no available officer was 
awake to deal with the matter as per the Jurisdiction Accords. I completed 
the procedure in regards to sleephunting/forbidden magic violations.  This 
Aisling has been banished, and a copy of this report has been sent to my 
superior.
