Description of Crime:
Upon doing a route and warning two individuals of Sleephunting (new sparks), 
I found ZerioHeal casting spells while not concious. I watched for awhile to 
confirm my suspicions, and after confirming that this Aisling was in fact 
the only one capable of casting such spells, I began my procedure. ZerioHeal 
had casted several spells, all while not being responsive. The spells of 
which I observed were some form of Aite, Armachd, Ao Beag Cradh and Ao 
Cradh. Please refer to the memories and other included evidence ((video 
recording)) regarding his lack of response as well as the spells casted and 
confirmation of all aislings present.
