Description of Crime:

In Mileth Village Way. vivvenna came up to me and asked me for help and he 
said something that was unintelligible. vivvenna then promptly accosted 
Kyomi, and started making unsolicited advances against Kyomi, who then left 
the area very quicky.

The moment Kyomi left, vivvenna then promptly accosted Cattootwo. Due to 
vivvenna being below the requirements to access Mileth laws, I then tried to 
educate vivvenna that what he was doing is not right and is against the law. 
But he proceeded to then make unsolicited advances against Cattootwo when 
she passed by a second time.

I then gave a warning to vivvenna, and told him that he needs to stop his 
behavior at once.

He then made aggressive unsolicited advances against Electronicat. 
Electronicat asked him to stop, vivvenna pressed on, I banished vivvenna.
