Place: Wasteland
Crime(s): Sleephunting
Subject's Name: Xoal

Description of Crime:

I took a walk into the wastelands to clear my mind. I noticed Xoal punching
a pet. I then greeted everyone twice, but received no response.

I paid special attention to Xoal and started the sleephunting protocol. Xoal
did not react in any way and kept punching that pet throughout the entire
sleephunting protocol. I reviewed my notes, giving Xoal extra time to notice
what was about to happen, but he still did not react, so I banished him.

On my way back to Mileth Justice Hall to write my report, I saw that he was
still asleep in the Mileth Threshold.
