Description of Crime:

I had sensed that my family member, BloodDrinker vom Haus Markov, had noticed an Aisling performing some abnormal magics at the Mileth Altar. I promptly moved to a location where I could intercept the Aisling. dURRAN ran up to me at high speed and non verbally requested to be killed, as he was wearing an Ascension mask.

Because dURRAN seemed completely unfazed by running into a uniformed Guard Captain at high speed, and acted as if nothing was wrong, I suspected he would repeat the behavior. So, I returned to Mileth Village Way to try and collect more evidence to ensure I had enough. As I suspected, he was more than happy to demonstrate his forbidden magics two more times by zooming through Mileth Village Way in front of me and a few others.

I issued a warning to dURRAN, informing him that such actions are a violation of Mileth Law. Following this warning, he appeared to have ceased the behavior.
