Description of Crime: 

A member of Haus Markov noticed ViveenAFRICA being lewd. I went to check, 
and ViveenAFRICA was indeed spewing lewd and profane statements. I banished 
ViveenAFRICA at once.

It should be noted that this is the second time ViveenAFRICA has violated 
the Profanity Law. Judge Basilica dealt with this Aisling on 214.05.18.

As defined in Mileth Law, the punishment for a second offense within four 
moons is a 120 day exile. Therefore, I will also be ordering the exile of 
ViveenAFRICA.
