Place: Eastern Woodlands, Crossroads
Crime(s): Sleephunting
Subject's Name: Lingo

Description of Crime:
I was on my way to Feasgar when I thought it'd be a good idea to do a
routine patrol. Upon inspection, a group of aislings were training with a
pet in the Eastern Woodlands Crossroads. Everyone reponded or said hello
with the exception of Lingo. I followed procedure as is present within the
ilegemens and deemed that this individual, was in fact, sleephunting.
