Description of Crime:
While in uniform on Village Way, I observed roughly half a dozen Aislings 
speeding past using unnatural movement. Moments later, one of them returned 
the same direction at the same excessive speed. Although it is unfortunate 
this individual was the one encountered while others went unseen, the 
continued use of faster-than-normal travel across multiple locations shows 
exceptional disregard.
