The Demagogue HandBook is a Reference to the Duties and Responcibilities of the office of Demagogue.

i.    Uniforms

I Demagogues Uniform is the symbol of our office.    We are allowed to wear it all areas of temuair except Rucesion Territories, Religious temples, and when hunting.

ii. Duties

a. Writing Laws - As a Demagogue it is our responcibility to write laws and make revisions on laws already written.    Laws are made to protect mileth and its citizens.    Revising a law means that we have found a law that is outdated or had a loop hole in it, and has to be updated according to the times.    When a Demagogue Revises a law or writes a new one a Demagogue posts it on the Demagogue Board, located in the Office. After posting a Demagogue then puts the law up for voting for a specific time (one moon most of the time) so the other Demagogues to vote on.

b. Exile - One of a Demagogues main tasks in office is to exile Aislings that have a order for exile placed on the the Judgement Board (Demagogue Case Board), which is located in the Courthouse, furthest from the door.


        Exile Procedure
            
 If there is a Aisling that has a order for exile and is in temuair, as a Demagogue, it is Our duty to carry out the Aislings exile.    A exile requires a assistent when preforming, in which a Guard Captain, Judge, Burgess, Guard, or even a another Demagogue to assist in the action.    After Preforming the exile is is required to post a report of exile.    The report doent have a required form but it must contain 4 key elements:

 1. Name of Person Exiled
 2. Date of Exile ((in real life time, for example October 10th, 2002))
 3    Time of Exile ((time of day exiled, 3:00 PM pst for example))
 4. Name of Assistant

    *Incase of Theft, A list of items should be put on the Report
    *Incase of Murder, A list of Victims and Items/Value of items should
      placed on the Report, so restitution can be made.

c. Unexile - Another of a Demagogues Tasks is to unexile Aislings that have payed for their Crimes and Served their time of exile without commiting any new crimes.    A Unexile does not need to have a order for unexile posted but is is a good idea to check with a judge before unexiling.

        Unexile Procedure

 After one has served his time, a Demagogue may unexile the Aisling.    Unexile also Requires a Guard, Guard Captain, Burgess, Judge, or Demagogue to Assist. After Unexile it is required to post a Report.    As with Exile the report doesnt follow a format but must have 3 key elements:

 1.    Name of Person Unexiled
 2.    Name of Assistant
 3.    Date of Unexile ((in real life Date, for example October 14th, 2002))
