On Intimidation:

Intimidation will be defined as:
Needlessly scaring, bullying, threatening or otherwise attempting to manipulate another Aisling with fear.
If you feel another Aisling is attempting to intimidate you contact a guard or guard captain and leave the area. Prosecution can only be attempted with evidence, ((Screenshots, witnesses)) and will fall under the Laws of Punishment.

Threatening to remove an official for banishing, exiling, or warning you, whether the punishment was just or not, will be considered intimidation.    Threatening to remove an official just because you are in conflict with them or in order to win an arguement will be considered intimidation.    The only exception to this is if a Senior official is having to repremand and subordinate and the discussion of a removal is a must.    These threats can appear either verbally, mail or posts on the boards in Temuair.

a.)	No Aisling may attack and/or remove an official from office after receiving punishment from that official or engaged in investigation by that official. A cooling off period of no less than one moon ((3.5 days)) is the necessary wait time before attacking that official's clout and/or removing them from office.
b.)	In the event that the punishment was unjust notify another official immediately. 
c.)	If punishment was forgiven, under the persistence of authority law, section a does not apply and the Aisling is free to attack the clout of and remove the official.

Any Aisling that threatens to remove an official from office for legitimately doing their job is subject to investigation by a members of the demagoguery or a guard captain and if it is proven that they have made such threats without valid justification of wrong doing on the part of the official, they shall be banished.

*For the purpose of this law, referance to a guard captain can also be substituted for a judge who may also investigate the matters.
