Any aisling who re-enters Mileth intentionally, after being banished or exiled shall have their punishment increased to the next level (see bellow). 

Evidence can be obtained from memories ((screenshots, which can be verified to have been taken after the aisling was punished)) and from an aislings legend. This means that if an aisling has been exiled and has gotten a legend mark only obtainable in the Republic's territories. (See bellow for an example)
