While waiting to take the exam, Zelthoran sponsored a family member for Respected Citizen.

Section G.1 of the Officer Act: Exams III, states that Aislings may not exercise any official powers before passing the exam.

I would normally give a major demerit for this, however, due to the fact that there was no underhanded intent, the sponsored Aisling was only running for Respected Citizen at the time, the fact that Zelthoran did pass the exam, and the fact that the value of major demerits is not defined in law for removal purposes;  

I am only going to be issuing a minor demerit.

I do not believe Zelthoran should be removed from office at this time for the current combination of violations, in the event another officer chooses to define the undefined major demerit as being worth three minor demerits.
