Dram issued a warning to Magdis for errors in his post for assuming office 
on the Political Discourse Board. Therefore, Dram has carried out an action 
that only the Judicial Branch is permitted to perform. Demagogues are not 
allowed to issue warnings.

I am placing Dram on probation for violating the Judicial Act: Punishment. 
As defined in Mileth law, probation also comes with a Major Demerit.
