HARASSMENT

To be considered harassment the alleged victim must request the alleged harasser to stop (in verbal speech or whispers). If the alleged harasser cannot hear the alleged victim, a request sent by mail is also acceptable. The alleged harasser must then continue after being told to stop.
Types of harassment include, but are not limited to:
I. Begging
- Continually asking for gold, items or services.
II. Mundane
- Causing a mundane to continually repeat a phrase or to otherwise harass others in the area.
- Usage of skills/secrets on a mundane.
III. Physical
- The use of skills/spells on an Aisling or their pet.
IV. Sexual
- The use of words or actions to convey unwanted sexual advances, whether made explicitly or implicitly.

- The utterance of malicious, false, and defamatory statements about an Aisling on an open public medium of communication. These statements must be heard by, or visible, to a third party for it to be considered slander.
VI. Verbal & Written
- Communicating via any medium (speech, whispers, mail, etc) with the intention to continuously pester, aggravate, or provoke another aisling ((this includes trolling)).
VII. Other-Worldly
- ((The usage of real-life information or statements, against another player, whether it is provable or not. This would include sharing identifying information/images, or anything officials deem relevant to the case.))
IMPORTANT:
Officials fulfilling their duties are exempt in the above categories except for Section IV. The victim (official) must seek out a review for their case. No substitution is required unless violations of Mileth Law are present.
More than one type of harassment can be possible at a time, and is encouraged to be utilized in conjunction with each other to describe the nature of the crime. EX: Slanderous Verbal Harassment, etc.
Initial Punishment: Warning or Banishment (Discretion Required)
Initial Punishment: Based on Severity (Two or More types of harassment)
