4. Coherence

Mileth may have laws which extend on these concepts. Regardless of the level of detail present, the expectation for this law is to provide understanding and limitations. This legislation should supercede when jurisdiction is in question. 

5. Uniforms

Mileth officials are granted uniforms for participation in office. These uniforms are allowed to be used freely within Mileth. However, territories outside of Mileth may have laws or rules which prevent Mileth uniform usage. Mileth officials have a duty to understand and follow these rules.

Foreign entities may also be granted uniforms. It is illegal to wear said uniforms within Mileth Territory. The only exception to this is when it might intefere with their duties or events, and only if necessary.

6. Mundane Mandate and Exclusions

Mileth will honor Mundane Mandate to the best of it's ability, regardless of any existing or future laws. Should a law conflict with Mundane Mandate, that law will be ignored until fixed and a notification on the Political Discourse board in the interim.

Knights and Rangers are entities which are protected by Mundane Mandate. Rangers and Knights are exempt from adherence to this law, especially if it were to restrict their ability to perform their duties. Knights are expected to follow the laws of Mileth when using their abilities which would have impact on Mileth and the failure to do so is encouraged to be reported to the Mundanes when applicable.
