Mileth Town Charter V

VII. ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGNTY

No city, state, Aisling, or other body may encroach upon the absolute Sovereignty of Mileth and her territories.

A law is required to express the sovereignty of Mileth, which will be the primary law for understanding jurisdiction.

Visitors of Mileth are considered aislings whom do not hold citizenship in Mileth.

Citizens (or guests) of Mileth are considered as citizens who can be identified ((by clicking for their legend or profile)) as being of Mileth ((the text in their legend or profile or shield icon)).

Rangers are exempt from these requirements.

Knights are exempt from these requirements should they interfere with their ability to perform their duties.

VIII. Precedence of Laws and Definitions
The Mileth Town Charter defines core principles which override other laws. When reading Mileth Law, the reader accepts that some things may be defined in other laws, or may even be knowable without the law ((common sense, npc mechanics, etc)). The lack or absence of repeated definitions and clauses is not a valid excuse to claim grey areas, and fabricate loopholes to create extreme outcomes. When interpreting law, officials must use the wording of the law fairly in a way that is non-abusive in nature. Actions against officials, citizens/guests or visitors that are reasonably defined and possible by law are not abusive in nature.

IX. REMOVING AND REVISING THE MILETH TOWN CHARTER

The Mileth Town Charter may only be removed with 100% support by legislative officials. Revisions must undergo the normal procedure, except it must receive 75% support by legislative officials.

Duration for voting period must be at least one double-moon.

Removal or Revision of this law requires at least two other legislative officials excluding the author.
